Postpartum Doula Services: How I am here to assist you
Postpartum doulas have many roles which focus on the family during their fourth trimester. We are diverse in everything baby, and help you navigate the fourth trimester with confidence. We model, explain, and take initiative in helping you conquer the transition of life with a new baby. We serve you in whatever your family needs, any time of day since we are your greatest advocate in supporting you with how you want to take care of your new baby.
We do not hold biases, only support and love for this fragile transition.
It is not within our scope of practice to diagnose or treat any conditions.
A postpartum doulas basic skills cover.......
Assisting momma to heal
Newborn care such as diapering, bathing, swaddling, massage and soothing
Lactation support when breastfeeding
Cooking or organizing healthy nutrition for the family
Light household organization and cleaning
Help with other siblings
Teaching bonding techniques to both parents

Meal Train Organization $45

Having a new baby leaves you very little time to cook. Friends and family will love to give the gift of a home cooked meal to you, however organizing food drop off and feeling the stress of needing to entertain can be overwhelming. I can ease this stress for you by organizing your meal train with a wholesome food variety and explaining to friends and family the importance of the meal "drop off". The time for socializing and meeting the new baby needs to wait. This is your time to bond and adjust to the new family dynamic.
Welcome home package $100
$45 retainer
A single five hour visit to help your family organize and easily shift into the transition of having your new baby at home. This service is only offered to a family once during their postnatal time. This package is the jumpstart to help the family with immediate tools and techniques to best support the mother and family in the early postnatal weeks.
25 hour contract $550
$150 retainer
This contract allows for flexible hours with the only condition being that no single visit is less then 3 hours. Clients must understand I assist 2-3 families at a time, therefore this contract requires flexibility from the client as well.

This is a 60 minute in-home service I provide to all mommas weither they are 1 day postpartum to 25 years postpartum since all mommas deserve to have their birth experience honored and validated. This package celebrates the momma for her remarkable transformation and strength. Every birth, vaginal or cesarean, requires the momma to be a warrior. The birth honoring was collaboratively developed with myself as a certified Sacred Pregnancy belly wrapper and a certified holistic esethitian. Asian traditions are infused with organic skin care to assist the momma coming back together and healing after her birth.
Asian warriors were dressed in a layer of indigo dyed fabric prior to battle for protection and strength. Our mommas are laid upon a bed of rose petals with heated flax seed and lavender body pillows on either side of her to be wrapped in an all natural, hand dyed indigo cloth. Five sections of her body are ceremonially wrapped with indigo scarfs to give honor for their strength in birthing and future raising of her new baby. With each wrapping a flower is placed to signify her beautiful growth. Momma than receives a full body eflorage massage with warmed organic infused herbal oil to help her skin heal and reduce postpartum. She is given a small vile of the oil, one hand dyed Japanese infinity love knot, and a bouquet of flowers to remember her birth honoring. If the momma would like, therapeutic grade essential oils and fragrant candles can also be used for aromatherapy and make her feel like the queen she is.

The National Associated for Holistic Aromatherapy defines aromatherapy as "Aromatherapy, also referred to as Essential Oil therapy, can be defined as the art and science of utilizing naturally extracted aromatic essences from plants to balance, harmonize and promote the health of body, mind and spirit. It seeks to unify physiological, psychological and spiritual processes to enhance an individual’s innate healing process.
It was the French perfumer and chemist, Rene- Maurice Gattefosse, who coined the term “aromatherapie” in 1937 with his publication of a book by that name. His book “Gattefosse’s Aromatherapy” contains early clinical findings for utilizing essential oils for a range of physiological ailments. It seems vital to understand what Gattefosse’s intention for coining the word was, as he clearly meant to distinguish the medicinal application of essential oils from their perfumery applications.
So we can interpret his coining of the word “Aromatherapie” to mean the therapeutic application or the medicinal use of aromatic substances (essential oils) for holistic healing. As the practice of aromatherapy has progressed, over the years, it has adopted a more holistic approach encompassing the whole body, mind and spirit (energy)."
