Winter is the time for soup and stew! This is probably one of my favorite aspects about this season because it makes cooking deliciously simple. Tossing a bunch of yummy ingredients in a crockpot in the morning and letting it cook all day or cooking it overnight is my idea of easy cooking! This beef soup will become a favorite. Eat it with a loaf of bread, or freeze it for the new or expecting family.
